At RE+ Events, the health, comfort, and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, partners, speakers, and staff are a top priority. Our Safely Connecting Initiative is our commitment to not only provide our audience with a world-class event, but also a safe place to connect and learn about the latest technologies and solutions transforming our industry. In partnership with our venue providers, we maintain high standards of cleanliness and monitor relevant public health guidance that may affect the attendee experience. Our goal is to support attendee well-being while facilitating the in-person engagement that makes RE+ Events the premier resource for the clean energy industry.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Maintaining a healthy event environment is a shared responsibility. We encourage all attendees, exhibitors, vendors, and staff to:
- Monitor their health prior to traveling for an event
- Refrain from attending if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, such as fever
- Follow current public health guidance related to communicable illnesses, including respiratory viruses such as COVID-19, influenza, and RSV
- Practice good hygiene, including frequent handwashing and use of available sanitation stations
Participants who begin to feel unwell during an event are encouraged to limit interactions with others and notify event staff if assistance is needed. Our team can help direct attendees to onsite medical support or nearby healthcare resources.
By taking these steps, each participant helps support a safe, productive, and comfortable experience for the entire RE+ Events community.

RE+ Events will continue to monitor venue requirements, destination-specific regulations, and applicable public health guidance in advance of all events. Should any health-related protocols change, significant updates will be communicated prior to the event.
