Print/Online Journalists

• Name, title, organization.
• Link to an article you have posted within the previous month (this must include your byline)
• If you are a freelance journalist, we will need an article assignment from a verified media outlet.

Broadcast

• Name, title, organization.
• Link to a piece you have posted within the previous month (this must include your byline)

Podcast

• Links to previous podcasts produced within the prior 3 months.
• Statistics on listenership, the number of podcasts produced on an annual basis
• Plans and goals of attending this event (IE: We plan to create a podcast covering the future of solar and storage that will be read by 25,000 people).

Digital Content Creators

• Applicants must be active digital content creators producing original content related to clean energy, sustainability, transportation, or adjacent industries.  
• Applicants must submit:  
  • Relevant social media handles.
  • Links to previous posts/articles/videos discussing our event. Disregard if this is your first time applying for a media pass. 
  • A minimum of three (3) relevant content examples published within the past six (6) months.  
  • Plans/goals for attending this event (i.e. what you plan to cover/post while at the event). 
• Minimum audience thresholds (must meet at least one):  
  • 10,000+ followers on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or X  
  • 20,000+ monthly views on YouTube or equivalent video platforms  
• RE+ reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion based on relevance, audience quality, and alignment with event goals.
