Eligibility Requirements: Meeting rooms are available exclusively to event exhibitors and/or sponsors with a minimum $7,500 commitment.

- 10×10 Room I $7,000
- 10×20 Room I $11,000
- 20×20 Room I $19,000
Companies will have access to their meeting room(s) from: Monday, September 8 – Wednesday, September 10
Set-up: Sunday, September 7 I 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Tear down: All rooms must be packed up before 9:00 pm, Wednesday, September 10
