Off-Site Affiliate Event Requests at RE+ 26
Organizations that would like to host events/group functions in conjunction with RE+ 26 must first obtain approval from Show Management. Please review and complete the affiliate event request application below.
Priority will be given to official Exhibitors and Sponsors (minimum sponsorship required) until Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Requests from other organizations will be reviewed starting Thursday, July 30, 2026. Non-exhibiting/sponsoring companies may not use their affiliation or partnership with an official exhibitor or sponsor to request event/function approval.
Once submitted, Show Management will review all applications within 7 business days and will notify the applicant if the request is approved or denied. If approved, the requestor will receive the venue’s contact to secure event/function space and make all event arrangements. An approved request does not guarantee space within any hotel or venue. Event space is limited and based on hotel/venue availability and discretion.
