To ensure the best selection of accommodations, attendees are encouraged to book early through the provided reservation links, as reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For companies requiring a larger room commitment, limited sub-blocks may be available for qualified exhibitors and sponsors. Current exhibitors with a 30×30 or larger booth, or Terawatt-level sponsors, qualify to book a sub-block with a minimum peak room night of 25 rooms. Please note that sub-blocks offer limited additional benefits beyond standard individual reservations and are intended only for organizations with significant housing needs that meet the qualification criteria. Companies that do not qualify for a sub-block are encouraged to book directly through the official hotel reservation link.

RE+ 26 Housing Cancellation Policy:
- A $150 cancellation fee will apply to each reservation that is cancelled more than 72 hours after it is booked.
- Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate and tax by the hotel, plus a $150 cancellation fee by RE+ Events for each reservation cancelled.
