• Registrations will not be accepted via telephone, mail, or fax, but RE+ Events Customer Service will offer assistance to potential attendees with the online registration process.

• All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. The e-mail date will be the date of the cancellation request if the cancellation falls on a deadline and the amount refunded is disputed.  

• All cancellation requests must state the reason for cancellation. We will not accept cancellations without a detailed explanation included. 

• Attendees have 21 days from the date of registration to request a refund prior to October 1, 2026, minus a $50 processing fee. 

• Cancellations received and time-stamped on or after October 2, 2026, are not eligible for a refund. 

• Downgrades are not allowed for this event. Modifications to registration within 21 days of registration are subject to approval. If approved, the difference in cost will be refunded to original form of payment. 

• Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same company, prior to the event or onsite. Once a substitution has been made, the original registration will no longer be valid. Substitutions after a badge has already been picked up onsite are strictly prohibited. 

• Cancellation of a registration does not cancel an attendee’s hotel reservation. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations. 
  Requests for refunds received via e-mail on or before October 1, 2026, will be processed within 45 days after the event ends. 

• In the event the conference is cancelled, RE+ Events liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration only. 

• To reprint a lost badge onsite, the registrant will be required to pay 50% of the onsite badge value for reprint. The registrant must also have a valid government ID that matches the information on the badge to qualify for a reprint.

All members of the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) and premium level members of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) are eligible to register at the member rate. SEIA and SEPA membership must be verified and must be in good standing at the time of registration for RE+ 26. In order to receive the discounted prevailing member rate via the online registration system, registrants must be a member by November 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EDT.

RE+ Events restricts exhibitors, other companies, and individuals from hosting or participating in competing or conflicting events or activities that occur during official show hours. Exhibitors violating this policy will be subject to cancellation of their booth without refund and may not be invited to participate in future exhibitions. Booth Personnel are not permitted to promote the exhibiting company outside the contracted exhibit space. All marketing must remain within the contracted exhibit space. Marketing materials may not be placed on conference tables or other areas that are not within the boundaries of the booth, both inside and outside of the exhibit hall. Exhibitors or persons hired by exhibiting companies must remain in the exhibitors’ booth and are not permitted to walk the aisles or lobbies for promotional purposes.  Show management reserves the right to remove individuals or discard display materials that do not comply with these guidelines. Please note that while RE+ Events has a zero-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing. Any event-goer who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, or in another company’s booth, will be asked to leave immediately. 
 
WHAT IS SUITCASING? 
Suitcasing is a business practice in which unethical companies will gain access to an event by obtaining some type of event credential (attendee badge, expo-only badge, etc.) and then solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference. This practice skirts the support of the organizer and the industry. Attendees that sell to exhibitors or other attendees within the exhibit hall, but don’t purchase an exhibit to do so, are suitcasing. Typically, suitcasers approach people in the public areas of the show, such as registration and food-service areas, or aisles, and hand out brochures or other marketing collateral. The event space includes hotels, hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, or any other public place in proximity to our event. This is expressly prohibited at most shows since again, these people are poaching the attendees that exhibitors have paid to see. 
 
WHAT CAN ATTENDEES DO? 
Attendees can report any observed violations to the exhibits manager, other RE+ Events staff, or conference security. The exhibits manager will investigate all complaints of suitcasing. RE+ Events recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, or any other public place in proximity to our event. For the purposes of this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. It is for this reason RE+ Events staff must be informed of any hospitality suites and expressed consent must be given prior to the event. 

RE+ Events is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, or other protected characteristics. We expect all event-goers including attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, venue staff, and exhibitors to help us ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.  No infants or children under the age of 18 are allowed on the exhibit floor or in education sessions. 
 
CODE OF ETHICAL CONDUCT 
Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Attendees should be mindful of the surroundings and of fellow participants and alert event venue security or event staff to potentially dangerous or harassing situations or someone in distress. 
 
UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT 
All who participate in the event deserve respectful treatment, regardless of the capacity in which they are attending. Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendee, speaker, partner, exhibitor, or volunteer of the event or related event activities. RE+ Events defines harassment to include: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, gender identity, or disability; use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwelcome following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention. Attendees often combine professional activities with social interaction and while RE+ Events encourages such networking and strengthening of connections between participants, we reserve the right to remove anyone whose social attentions become unwelcome to another event-goer, who appears inebriated, engages in conduct that interferes with the ability of other attendees and/or exhibitors to participate in and enjoy the event. Event participants are not permitted to bring firearms to the event. 
 
CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR 
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at the events whether by (including but not limited to) attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or exhibitors. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. RE+ Events, at its discretion, may bar those who violate this code from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the events, without refund of any fees paid, and may in appropriate circumstance bar violators of this code from attendance or participation of future events. 

Registrant acknowledges and agrees that RE+ Events shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, death, injuries, communicable disease, illness, or other liability which may be sustained by any person who may be on the premises for the Event, including but not limited to any agent, employee, representative or guest of the registrant, or any other person or entity. The registrant agrees that it will hold harmless RE+ Events from any and all claims, losses, damages, death, injuries, communicable disease, illness, or other liability whatsoever, whether to property, person or otherwise, that may arise in connection with attendance at the Event. 
 
In no event will RE+ Events be liable to the registrant, whether in contract or tort, for any amount in excess of the fees paid by the registrant. In no event shall RE+ Events be liable, whether in contract or tort, for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages or awards, including but not limited to lost profits. 

On-site, media, photographers, videographers, and others will be in attendance. Participants grant RE+ Events the right to use participants’ name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs, audio recording, or video taken during event, for marketing purposes. 

A professional photographer will be on site to document RE+ and all affiliate events/activities. Photographs and video footage are the sole property of RE+ Events. By registering for and/or attending this event, you consent to being recorded or photographed for press or promotional purposes without limitation or compensation. All images submitted through any show management tool or device will be considered the property of RE+ Events upon submission and can be used for press and/or promotional purposes without limitation or compensation. All submitted pictures will be reviewed by show management for approval before use. 

RE+ Events reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors). 
 
The views expressed by any event attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of RE+ Events, SEIA, SEPA, or our stakeholders. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual or company presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising. 

A lost onsite badge may be reprinted one time only. The registrant will be required to pay 50% of the onsite badge fee and must present a valid government-issued ID matching the information on the badge to qualify for the one-time reprint. Once a badge is reprinted, the original badge will be immediately invalidated and will no longer grant access to the event. RE+ Events is not liable for any badges after they have been printed. 

RE+ is a business-to-business event intended exclusively for professionals and individuals actively affiliated with the industry. Attendance is limited to persons 18 years of age or older. For safety, insurance, and professional environment considerations, infants, children, and minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from entering or accessing any portion of the event at any time, including but not limited to the exhibit hall, conference and education sessions, keynote presentations, networking events, meeting spaces, and all other official event venues and activities. 

This policy applies at all times during event hours, including move-in, show days, networking functions, and move-out. No exceptions will be made.
