Exhibitors can ship freight to the Freeman Advance Warehouse between October 13 and November 5, 2026, or ship directly to the show site on their assigned target move-in date. Exhibitors can use Freeman Transportation services or any other transportation provider of their choosing. Exhibitors can find their target move in date in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
The Freeman Advance Warehouse receiving hours are 7 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Drivers must check in no later than 2 pm to be off-loaded on the arrival date.

Freeman will begin to return empty containers at the close of the show on Thursday, November 19, 2026. This process will take several hours. Please be patient as there are a lot of exhibitors and crates in storage at RE+.
Yes, exhibitors can use Freeman Transportation services or any carrier of their choosing. Freeman is the recommended provider, but not exclusive. The designated carrier must check into the marshalling yard before heading to the venue.
Freeman is the official partner for receiving shipments and managing the material handling process at RE+26. Freeman controls access to the show site loading docks and will unload exhibitors’ items from exhibitors’ vehicles and deliver them to their booth.
Material Handling includes unloading exhibit materials, storing them for up to 30 days at the advance warehouse, delivering them to the booth, handling empty containers during the show, and reloading outbound transportation carriers after the show.
Only full-time employees of the exhibiting company are allowed to hand-carry items to the booth space and rental dollies or mechanical equipment are not permitted.
Exhibitors can hand carry materials that are small items, like boxes. Any exhibit materials that come through the freight docks are handled by Freeman staff. Exhibitors can set up and dismantle their own booths. Labor jurisdictions, Freeman exclusives, and more details are noted in this resource.

The Exhibitor_deadline_checklist.pdf in the Exhibitor Service Manual and the Exhibitor Portal are great tools to track important exhibitor dates, forms and deadlines to prepare for RE+ 26. Exhibitors with over 400 sf are required to submit a floorplan by August 14, 2026.
Exhibitors can order products and services for their booth at RE+ 26 from Freeman and other partner vendors in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
For your convenience, the required exhibitor insurance is included in your exhibit space costs therefore no Certificate of Insurance (COI) needs to be submitted to Show Management. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC) need to submit a COI by October 26, 2026 via the EAC portal.
RE+ 26 has a target move in plan. Log into the Exhibitor Services Manual and go to “View Show Schedule”, then type in your booth number under “Find your Target Move in”.
Exhibitors can request to change their assigned target move in date by completing the request for change form in the Exhibitor Service Manual by clicking on the tile “Target Move in Date Change Request”.
Exhibitors can order products and services for their booth at RE+ 26 from Freeman and other partner vendors in the Exhibitor Service Manual. The Products and Services tile has carpet, furnishings, electrical from Freeman as well as services from other RE+ partner vendors including lead retrieval.
Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set with 8′ high blue back drape, 3′ high blue side drape and a booth number floor sticker. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own flooring, electrical or any other furnishings they wish to have in their stand.
