The Venetian | The Palazzo
The Venetian and The Palazzo are located under the same roof as the Venetian Expo and Convention Center (formerly Sands Expo) and are all connected. Allow 10 minutes to walk from the entrance of either The Venetian or The Palazzo to the Venetian Expo and Convention Center.

CAESARS FORUM
CAESARS FORUM is located directly behind The LINQ Promenade and next to the High Roller and connected to the Venetian Expo Center via a custom-built pedestrian sky bridge (during conventions).
CAESARS FORUM also has a direct access via skybridge to Harrah’s Las Vegas and The LINQ Hotel and Casino. Another pedestrian bridge connects CAESARS FORUM to LINQ Promenade and Flamingo Las Vegas.

THE VENETIAN EXPO PARKING
Both The Venetian and The Palazzo towers offer two parking garages, valet services, rideshare pick-up and drop-off areas, and more.
Venetian Expo parking is located in the four- level underground parking garage of The Palazzo (enter the parking structure from Sands Ave.) and the above-ground 11-story parking structure at The Venetian (enter the parking structure from the “Strip” (Las Vegas Blvd) and follow signs to the parking garage.
Parking at The Venetian, The Palazzo and Venetian Expo is available at a per-day rate. Valet parking is available at both The Venetian and The Palazzo porte cochere locations. Enter valet parking for both resorts from Las Vegas Blvd, the “Strip”.
Limited oversized vehicle parking is available on the first level of The Venetian parking garage, and may be accessed from either the Las Vegas Blvd or Koval Lane entrances.
Curbside loading and unloading is prohibited.
RIDESHARE
Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) will pick up and drop off at the 3rd Floor Mall Valet of the Venetian Resort (take the escalators near Grand Lux Cafe that will lead you to the Guest Parking Garage) as well as the bottom floor entrance of the Venetian Expo.

BUS
Venetian Expo & Convention Center is accessible via the “Deuce” double-decker buses that run along the “Strip”. Get off at The Venetian when coming from the South and at TI (Treasure Island) when coming from the North.
The following buses also pick-up and drop-off directly at the Venetian Expo Center, located off Sands Ave.

WATER STATIONS
Water fountains and/or water fill stations are located throughout both venues. Bring a water bottle and stay hydrated!
COAT AND LUGGAGE CHECK
Luggage storage and/or bag check is available at the Venetian Expo on Level 1 next to the Exhibitor Service Center. Service is available between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm for $9 per item, and a $13 fee if left overnight.
Luggage storage is not available at CAESARS FORUM. Registered hotel guests staying at a Caesars hotel may drop off luggage with a Bellman at the Main Entrance for each hotel.
Expo coat check near Venetian Expo, Hall G will be open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, September 8–11.

Medical assistance is available at the Venetian on Level 1 near Room 310, and at CAESARS FORUM across from Summit Ballroom during the following dates/times:

At the Venetian Expo and Convention Center, lost items will be turned into the Venetian security podium on Level 1 directly outside Hall G.

In the event that an item is lost at Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Harrah’s, or The LINQ guests can submit a detailed form to help locate their item(s).

WHEELCHAIRS & MOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION
Motorized scooters are available for rent through Desert Medical Equipment online at https://www.dmelv.com/our-locations. Select the hotel you want to pickup for added convenience. Pickup is at the Caesars hotels bell desk as well as The Venetian and Palazzo front desks.
Hoverboard and segway use by disabled guests is not permitted at The Venetian. ADA use will require approval from the Venetian Security Team. Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are permitted on property with the following restrictions:
- It may not exceed the speed of walking pedestrians or pace of traffic.
- It may not be operated in the casino or gaming areas/floor within The Venetian and The Palazzo.
- It must yield to pedestrians.
- It may not be operated while under the influence of alcohol/drugs or anything that would impair safe operation.
- It may only have one (1) operator and no passengers.
- It may not be operated on the escalators.
Hoverboards, segways and other wheeled transportation (i.e., rollerblades, bicycles, skateboards) not being used within ADA guidelines are strictly forbidden.

The RE+ Full Conference pass gets you access to eight tracks of concurrent education over two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, led by the brightest minds in the clean energy industry. Featuring a variety of trending topics around

WORKSHOPS
RE+ 25 offers two days of additional education in the form of workshops that dive deeper into the most pressing issues at the forefront of today’s clean energy industry. Topics include hydrogen, microgrids and grid integration, and a variety of pv policy and operations topics. Workshops are offered on Monday, September 8 and Thursday, September 11.
*Workshops are not included in any registration type. These sessions require an additional ticket which can be purchased separately or added on to your existing registration.

Wondering how you can get there?
MONDAY 9/8, SHUTTLE SERVICE TO/FROM CAESARS PALACE:
Shuttle service will run every 10-15 minutes from 9:00 am – 6:30 pm between The Venetian Convention Center and Expo Tour Bus Lobby and CAESARS FORUM to Caesars Palace for attendees participating in the Education Sessions, First-Timer’s Roadmap, Opening General Session, and Welcome Reception. Return service to The Venetian Convention Center and Expo Tour Bus Lobby and Linq Lane by High Roller will be provided from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, every 15-20 minutes.

At The Venetian Resort, two food courts which offer quick bite options. The first is located on Level 3 (Grand Canal Shoppes level) adjacent to the parking garage ramp. The second is located on Level 2 (Casino Level) diagonally from the Grand Lux Café.
Starbucks is conveniently spread throughout The Venetian Resort, making it easy to get a quick caffeine fix or a bite to eat. Classic coffees, teas, and specialty drinks pair with savory offers and sweet treats. With mobile ordering available at all four locations, it’s the perfect pit stop any time of day.
