Substitution Policy 

  • Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same company, prior to the event or onsite. Badge swapping/sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • Once a substitution has been made, the original registration will no longer be valid.

Registration Cancellation

  • Cancellations received before July 29, 2022, are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received between July 30, 2022 – September 1, 2022 are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after September 1, 2022 will not be eligible for refunds.

Badge Replacement Policy

To reprint a lost badge onsite, the registrant will be required to pay 50% of the onsite badge value per reprint (discounted and comped passes are also subject to the reprinting fee). The registrant must have a valid government ID that matches the information on the badge to qualify for a reprint.

Anaheim Convention Center Security will dispatch medical personnel and contact 911 in the case of emergency. Building security can best direct medical personnel to your exact location. In the event of a sitewide emergency, please follow the instructions of the facility personnel. Efforts will be made to send an announcement with directions for attendees via the mobile app or other channels.

Concurrent Sessions

Taking place on the second floor of the Anaheim Convention Center Tuesday, September 20th from 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and Wednesday, September 21st from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, panels of thought leaders discuss the leading topics keeping our industry up at night and the solutions to these problems.

Included as part of Full Conference Education only, tracks include Finance and Asset Management, Regulatory Innovation and Policy Drivers, Managing Growth, and Electrification and Grid Integration. Under the RE+ umbrella solar and energy storage are still key topics, with wind, hydrogen + fuel cells, microgrids, and electric vehicles also featured. Re+ Tech

This curated pathway is for the technical and scientific communities to present and share innovative research in the solar storage and smart energy industries. Included as part of full conference registration only, topics such as hydrogen, cybersecurity, and solar modeling will be discussed as well as RE+ Tech content that can be found on our showfloor and poster area.  

QuickTalks

These 30-minute sessions are fast-paced, informative, TED talk-style dives into a topic featuring a single speaker. Included as part of Full Conference Education only, please check our mobile app for a full schedule.


Expo Education

Educational Posters

The Educational Poster area located in the arena foyer, features almost 140 individual posters that address innovative energy projects, research, and educational programs.  Attend the Poster Reception, Tuesday, September 20, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm, to enjoy a drink while networking and speaking one-on-one with poster representatives.  Also, make sure to check out the Poster Spotlights taking place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Electric Drive & Fuel Cell Theater – Booth #4336

What’s next for EV charging and hydrogen solutions? Content will cover trends, national policies, and demonstrations concentrating on the hydrogen & fuel cells, and electric vehicles industries.

Grid Edge Theater – Booth #3438

This theater will include discussions on the entire solar, energy storage, hydrogen fuel cells, distributed wind and microgrid landscape.  It will also include a live microgrid demonstration.

Industry Trends Theater – Booth #1694

With an emphasis on solar, listen to current events, trends, innovations, research and analyses from industry leaders SEIA, SEPA and other industry leading organizations.

Installer Training Theater – Booth #289

Receive quality, comprehensive technical training and NABCEP credit from certified instructors.  Learn strategies and tips for both pv installations and energy storage systems.

Storage Central Theater – Booth #2799

Storage central will focus on the different technologies and applications of energy storage from fire safety to contract structures to examining the tools to better navigate the storage landscape.


Workshops (pre-registration and additional fee required)

Access in-depth, targeted training to build your skills and knowledge base. Workshops are on Monday, September 19 and Thursday, September 22. Please see our mobile app for additional details. Registration is available until 30 minutes prior to workshop start.


Credentials

Your registration badge is considered your official RE+ credential and must be prominently worn at all times for admission to the exhibit hall, conference sessions, and networking events. Failure to do so may result in the individual being removed from the conference.

A wide selection of food and beverages are available throughout the exhibit hall. Concessions are available only during exhibit hall hours. Food trucks are available on the Grand Plaza on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during lunch hours.
